THE MOVERS & STORERS SHOW 2015
For 2015, the show returned to the iconic Silverstone Circuit on Tuesday 15th & 16th September, and once again it received excellent feedback from exhibitors and attendees. The sun was shining over the two days, and we were thrilled to hear reports of very high onsite sales and lots of first-time visitors.
Here are some great shots of the show over the two days at Silverstone Circuit:
THE LEARNING ZONE
2015 saw another successful year for The Learning Zone, which was sponsored by Basil Fry and Co, and had a bumper programme of free seminars, presentations, debates and even some guitar playing across the two days of the event. The Learning Zone is designed to provide a platform for discussion of some of the most important issues in the industry today, and topics ranged from marketing and technology to health and safety. One of the most popular sessions was a debate on the driver shortage, which was moderated by Mike Babinski and discussed by representatives from Central Moves, Flame Recruit and Fox Group.
Our events team are currently in the process of organising some excellent speakers for next year's Learning Zone. The full programme will be confirmed here soon.
The Movers and Storers Show is an excellent opportunity for you to connect and network with suppliers in your industry, saving you time and money. You can also check out our range of competitions, and listen in to one of the speaker sessions in our Learning Zone.
Better still, provided you register in advance, it’s all FREE!
The Movers & Storers Show is the UK’s biggest trade exhibition for the removals and storage industries. It offers exhibitors the opportunity to meet face to face with hundreds of highly targeted trade buyers in a relaxed environment. Every year the event continues to deliver good return on investment, and is recognised as being the most important event to attend for people who work in removals, storage and self-storage in the UK.
Hanger 42, Bruntingthorpe is the ideal venue for this industry exhibition and the coolest place you have never heard of. A former RAF and US Air Force base, the site is now privately owned and is home to six separate test circuits, an aviation museum, and a massive vehicle storage and refurbishment facility. Scenes from Fifth Gear and Mission Impossible were filmed there, and Top Gear’s famous car football match was staged on its main track.
Within easy reach of anywhere in the country and boasting a state of the art exhibition building, any visitor will be certain to enjoy the facilities and look forward to a great day out of the office. This will be good news for exhibitors as you can be certain there will be a high level of attendees.
